Kingmakeer is the client-facing consulting brand operated by Bonso Ecom LLC, a single-member LLC fully owned by Joaquín Salvador Mateu Cardona. The company was duly organized under the New Mexico Limited Liability Company Act (NMSA 1978, §§ 53-19-1 to 53-19-74) and is in good standing with the New Mexico Secretary of State.

Bonso Ecom LLC's primary business activity, as declared at incorporation, is the provision of digital marketing consulting services to e-commerce businesses, which is delivered under the Kingmakeer brand.

Kingmakeer provides exclusively business-to-business (B2B) services. Our clients are companies, business owners, and duly authorized representatives of commercial entities. We do not provide services to individuals in a personal capacity.

Such access is used exclusively to deliver contracted services and is revoked immediately upon engagement termination.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required to do so by law, valid court order, subpoena, regulatory directive, or other governmental process — including IRS reporting, FinCEN requirements, or New Mexico state authority requests. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permissible.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Bonso Ecom LLC's assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections. Affected parties will be notified in advance.

Data Retention
